Audit Services
It is a requirement in the Companies Act of Malaysia to appoint a credential company auditor or audit firm to audit private limited company in Malaysia. The annual audit is mandatory in Malaysia, regardless of the size of the company.
Different from accounting services, an auditing service does not generate any financial information but examining the reliability of the information. An audit is meant to ensure the integrity of financial information of the company to enhance the confidence of investors, creditors and financial institutions.
